As a regulator and independent authority, RECO ensures real estate agents and brokerages follow the law, investigates complaints, and takes action as needed. We hold real estate agents accountable, make unbiased decisions to protect the public, and maintain trust in the real estate services sector.

RECO investigates complaints made about real estate agents and brokerages, as well as any person who may be unlawfully trading in real estate.
